Working with the Scarlet Rose team is as easy as 1, 2, 3! 

 

We start with our base collection, event management,   and add on one (or both!) of our additional collections  to curate the perfect planning experience for you!

Step One

MANAGEMENT

Welcome to our base package – wedding & event management! Some may call it ‘month-of coordinating,’ but it’s so much more! Once you’re a Scarlet Rose client, you get access to our list of preferred creative vendors, project management tools, and resources to keep you organized and on track with your planning. 

 

4-6 weeks before your special day we will sit down together at your venue, discuss your layout, confirm all vendor logistics, and draft your timeline. We know the stress that comes as your wedding gets closer, and we promise you’ll walk away from that meeting saying, “Whew! So glad I hired a planner.” In the weeks leading up to your #bestdayever, we’ll be your communication experts, vendor point-of-contacts, and support system for whatever questions may arise. On the day of the wedding, we make it all come to life. While you’re sipping mimosas with your BFFs, our team is hard at work to ensure every last detail you planned is executed flawlessly. Guiding you through your happiest day, we make sure you take it all in and enjoy every minute, because we truly believe that the moments matter.

The investment for our management collection is based on the size & scale of your event, beginning at $1800.

Step Two

DESIGN

This comprehensive package is for those that have the vision but no plan in place, or maybe you don’t even have your vision yet - we promise you, that’s okay! With our designed-focused approach, we help make your perfect wedding come to life!

Design cOlLectIon
incLudes:
  • Greater focus on those visual, aesthetic components of your special day

  • A one-on-one ‘get to know you’ experience where we learn all about you and your fiancée, your style, personalities, visual interests and more! From this meeting, we curate a custom 10+ page Design Plan

  • Collaboration & communication with your design-related vendors, to ensure your design plan is cohesive and brilliantly executed

  • Production team on site from the moment the first vendor arrives for load-in until tear-down is completed at the end of the night

Step THREE

PLaNNING

Okay, so you found a venue. You tried on and said ‘yes!’ to a dress that makes you feel like Beyonce. Now, the overwhelm is beginning to set in. Your mind is racing with questions and you are not feeling confident in choosing a direction. You always think - what's next? If you are wanting someone to provide you choices and complete the research...this is the perfect collection for you!

PlAnning cOLlEctION INClUDES
  • Collaborative VIP Lounge with project management tools including monthly tasks, checklists, and spreadsheets to maintain planning integrity 

  • Venue/vendor communication & acquisition assistance – we’ll be your communication liaison and contract negotiators throughout the entire planning process 

  • Coordination of all consultations to facilitate selection of your very own vendor dream team

  • Strong focus on wedding-day logistics, budget management, and vendor communication 

Investment for our planning & design services typically range between 10 – 20% of overall event budget, and we will work with you to create a custom package to suit your needs!
